More Information
The Coach has a goal: He would like to provide a limited number of serious hunters with a good opportunity to bag a BIG deer.
His methods are simple but effective:
Currently, Ron has four separate tracts of land under his management. They are 350-750 acres each, totalling over 2000 acres. This acreage has had little or no hunting pressure for over 20 years. The area lies along the banks of the Little Wabash River, the Elm River, and the Dry Fork Creek in Clay and Wayne counties in Illinois.
One must exclude the two shotgun season weekends during this time. They are generally the Friday, Saturday, and Sunday prior to the Thanksgiving Weekend and the Thursday, Friday, Saturday, and Sunday after the Thanksgiving Weekend.
